Just One List is a list app for anything you do again and again. Your lists are private
to you and the people you choose to share them with. This policy explains what data the
app handles, why, and how you stay in control of it. The app is provided by Triple Lacing
Consulting.
Your lists
The content you create in the app — your items, tags, and smart lists — is stored on your
device and synced to our cloud database, provided by Supabase, so it stays available across
your devices. This data is only accessible to you and to the people you share your household
with. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone else.
Account and sign-in
You can start using the app without creating a personal account. Until you sign in, the app
may identify your installation with a randomly generated anonymous identifier that is not
linked to your name or email address. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we
receive the email address and basic profile information that provider shares with us (if you
use Apple's "Hide My Email", this is a private relay address). We use this only to
authenticate you and to keep your lists linked to your account. We never receive your Google
or Apple password.
Sharing with your household
If you invite someone to share your lists, that person can see and edit the items, tags, and
smart lists in your shared household, and you can see theirs. Only share your household with
people you trust. If you delete your account while sharing a household, the shared lists stay
available to the other member but are no longer linked to your account.
Purchases
Premium features are unlocked through an in-app purchase handled by the App Store or Google
Play. To manage purchases and restore them on your other devices, the app uses RevenueCat,
which receives an app user identifier and your purchase history for this app. We do not
receive or store your payment details.
Your data, your control
You can edit or delete your items, tags, and smart lists at any time. You can delete your
entire account from within the app, which removes your synced data from our cloud service.
Under the GDPR you also have the right to access and export your data, to have it corrected
or erased, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise
any of these rights, or to ask any privacy question, contact us using the details on our
contact page.
